Discover the elegant former capital of the Kingdom of Savoy: Palazzo Madama, the Cathedral of St. John with the Chapel of the Holy Shroud, and the city’s symbol, the Mole Antonelliana. Walk beneath its arcades and enjoy a coffee in one of its historic cafés. In the afternoon, visit the Royal Palace — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — and the magnificent Basilica of Superga, emblems of royal history and Italian elegance.
A stroll through Casale Monferrato reveals treasures such as the Cathedral, San Filippo Neri Church and the Paleologi Castle. Afterwards, visit a traditional rice farm founded in 1890 to learn about cultivation and processing methods. The tour ends with a live cooking demonstration and tasting of authentic Piedmontese risotto — a true flavour experience.
Once a powerful medieval republic, Asti enchants with its towers, Romanesque-Gothic churches and the birthplace of the renowned Asti Spumante. The former marquisate town of Saluzzo lies picturesquely beneath the Monviso mountain range. Above the old town rises the castle, while narrow streets host workshops crafting fine furniture.
